What Deering banjo is this?

Lindsey Buckingham is a playing a black Deering 5-string banjo in The Dance for "Say You Love Me" (at 51:50). I'm having trouble finding a black Deering banjo dating to 1997, though. Are there any banjo-versed users here who could give me any leads?

It's black. It's Deering. It's got a 1997 date of manufacture. Seller claims it's the same model Buckingham played.
