It's either a Nord Electro 5 or a Nord Electro 6. All Nord keyboards are red like that, but from what I can see of the layout, it looks to be one of the many Electro 5 or Electro 6 models.

Maybe someone else with a better knowledge of Nord keyboards can narrow it down further?

Between the two, it's an Electro 5. The 6's rightmost controls have a red bar that the 5 lacks. Furthermore, this Tiny Desk Concert was recorded on August 6, 2018, only shortly after the announcement of the Electro 6 on January 23, 2018.
