Since I don't think anybody specifically mentioned this ...

Sting is an excellent world-class performer. After all these years, he still kills it live. His vocal range and intonation is the same if not better than his "prime" early years. His stage presence is magnetic, even if you don't like what he's doing. And he is a damn great songwriter (the proof is in the many millions he makes each year in royalties). But most importantly, in my opinion, is the fact that he can still perform at a world class level.

Sting, Stevie Wonder, Buddy Guy ... there are VERY FEW musicians who have managed to "age well." And it's not because of talent. It's because of work ethic and maintenance.
