3 pickup bass

Hey guys, does anyone here know where I can find a wiring diagram for a 3 pickup bass with 3 vol, 1 tone, no switch and a output? Please let me know.

I own 2 basses that run with 2 jazz pickups and 1 MM between them. If I can find my screwdriver set, I could take a picture of their innards, but they wont have they setup you want.

My Atelier Z JHJ bass doesn't allow you to use the MM and the Jazz pickups at the same time, so it won't help you.

My Carvin has this setup on it.

Let me also add that I do not suggest using 3 volume knobs. It's nearly impossible to do fades and swells like that.
