Best AFFORDABLE Metal Pickups

I'm in the market for some new pickups. In everyone's rightful opinion, what's a great bridge humbucker for modern metal that isn't stupid money. (No more than a hundred bucks.)

hmm.. for that price, you ain't getting nothing good in my point of view. add an extra 15$ and get an EMG 81 or Seymour Duncan Blackouts.

maybe look for used stuff, troll craigslist

GEAR:
  • Roland Juno-6
  • Gibson SG Standard
  • Vox AC30 Guitar Combo Amp

For that price, almost nothing. I would recommend a pair of EMGs, 81/85 or 81/60, but that will go over your range unless you look used. SO look used! Reverb has some deals on pickups if you can find them, so check it out.

guys he wants a bridge pickup. so as i said an extra 15$ will get him a new EMG 81 on the bridge.

get a seymour duncan SH-6b. I had the set in a gibson les paul a while back and they was really good for the heavier genres of rock and worked well for thrash but I mainly play punk rock and they was really well suited for that
