Can I incorporate a bass cab with my guitar cab

I have been currently trying to get as close to Adam Jones tone as I can. I have read that he has a bass cab in his amp chain. How can I safely run a bass cab through my guitar rig?

Alrighty then... picture this if you will...

Adam plays with his signal coming out to 3 amps. A Marshall, an older model Diezel Super Bass VH4 and a newer model 100W VH4 Diezel.

He has his new Diezel running into the Mesa vintage 2x15 and his older BlueFace model running into a Mesa guitar 410 cabinet.

So all you really need is 3 amps and you're set :)

If the impedance is the same, I don't see it being a problem to have a guitar 410 and a bass 410 running into the same Head.

it might actually sound good! mismatching speakers and cabs is an old guitarist trick to make your live sound more '3D' -- just match the impedance and make sure the guitar cab hands about triple the wattage you are putting out since most guitar speakers don't have sturdy enough cones to handle large low frequency transients close to their wattage limit....
