On the song We Hit A Wall, she plays a vox amp and it sounds like kinda bit Lo-Fi reverb maybe the Death By Audio Echo Dream 2 , there is also delay can be the eventide or the dispatchmaster and I think some kinda Octaver and she got also changed her voice a lot with reverb and hall. There is even reverb on the drums I think. There is realy a lot reverb Hall ... effects I think the guitar alone would not sound that roomy.
