looks like the OEM manufacturer that over the years did Univox, Westone and a lot of unsung Japanese pseudo-copies in the 70s.... great guitars actually.... well not the exreme low end, but most of the fender copies and the Gibson style ones that were properly set-necked and not bolt on copies were damned nice
