Is this a picture of Kirk Hammet with a Fender Jazz Special?

Is that Slash in the background?

If so is that Duff McKagan's Jazz Special?

If that is Slash what is he playing?

And is this image even allowed on Equipboard?

Looks like it was in their other band Spastik Children because Kirk is playing Bass, anyone know if Guns 'N' Roses did gigs with Spastik Children?
