GUITAR STRING IS BUZZING

The 6th string on my guitar I buzzing ( I do not mean when I put it into the amp) the strings isn't that old and I've taken it out and put it back in. I'd really appreciate the help guys

Your neck is either twisted, or your relief on the neck needs to be adjusted. You're gonna need an Alan wrench I presume.

Look down the neck from the headstock, down towards the body. Does it evenly swoop to the body, under the string, like a rope bridge leading to the temple of doom?

My 2 cents.. possible worn nut. Possible change of gauge and neck tension adjusting.

GEAR:
  • Fender MIJ Jazzmaster JM62
  • Epiphone Dot
  • Electro-Harmonix Sovtek "Green Russian" Big Muff Pi V7C

is your action crazy low? check your neck relief and look for twists and if the relief is symmetrical adjust the truss accordingly (necks tend yo backbow in winter).... if not, just replace the nut, easy job, break out your files... check the bridge saddles first of course to see if heavy handed strumming has worn the notches down, I see that a lit these days

GEAR:
  • Roland Juno-6
  • Gibson SG Standard
  • Vox AC30 Guitar Combo Amp

I think you need to adjust your action, jackson!!

Seen your guitars listed. I could be the T O M Bridge as well. If you are getting buzz while fretting the string you might have a loose bridge spring tension or string guide and a cheap and easy band aid is Loctite sprayed on the Bridge. It is a common problem overlooked to T O M Bridges.
