Help decyphering pickup wires

On the topic of guitar renovations, I recently got my hands on a Gibson Dirty Fingers Plus pickup, and am trying to wire it into a new guitar without the quick connect system. However, there is almost no info on Dirty Fingers Plus pickups on the internet, not to mention the color coding of the leads. Can anyone help with this?

I think the yellow wire may be the grounding wire, since the yellow insulation only extends partway down the wire. The others i have no clue about.

There's no standard however there should be a wiring chart available from Gibson. The fingers have been in continuous production since I was a kid.
