Help submitting these

So I came across this Instagram post from Josh Portman (Yellowcard's bassist) in which five of his instruments are shown... I wanted to add them to his Equipboard page but I can't seem to find them here and I don't know enough about guitars to look them up and add them myself. Maybe someone can help me?

You do realise we don't allow submissions with the colour or year in it, eh? We stopped doing that to clean up all the clutter that same items with different years and colours made. As a result, this needs to be destroyed.
