Help with harmony

I was watching this PGS demo for the PS-6 (Can't get enough of Andy's playing)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZYt8PJDCZs, and I'm really digging that intro harmony sound, so...

a, Is it possible for me to get that sound with my humble pitchfork

b, What is that song he's playing (Andy uses a wide variety of amazing songs, however some are quite unknown)

c, I know it's unrelated, but what's all the hype about Joe Bonamassa about?

a) From what I know about the Pitchfork, for most of the sounds he demos, no ... IMHO the Digitech Whammy (the red one made famous by Joe Satriani and other big players in the mid-late 90s) is still on top.

b) The intro song is Boston's "More Than A Feeling" ... there are a couple other moments of classic rock hits but a lot of what he's doing is just random chords and scales noodling.
