Justin Chancellor “Disposition” Tone

I recently started to learn “Disposition” the 10th track on TOOL’s 3rd Studio Album Lateralus.

I was wondering what pedals Justin uses on the recording of the track?

I believe a delay and flanger but I could be wrong.

One thing I remember reading when the album came out was that he used 2 amps layered up, 1 tube and 1 solid state. That was at a time when solid state was really uncool.
