Lowest tuning for various scale lengths

I should preface this by saying I abuse general conventions of tuning myself… I use GGCCA#A# on a 24 1/4 scale les Paul and Drop A on a 25” fender strat. However, the more I play baritone guitars in standard/Drop D/drop c when I’m in guitar stores the more I’ve become a fetishist for stability. If we’re being super strict on things like no lower than drop D on a les paul, drop c on a strat, E standard on a mustang, what would be the most narrowminded limit for various semi-common scale lengths. As follows: 23”, 24”, 25”, 26”, 27”, 28”, 29” and finally 30”. Thanks!!!

Kurt Cobain played in drop C# on his Mustangs and Jaguars which are 24'' scale and used 52-11s or something like that on them for tuning stability. I played in E standard mostly with my Les Paul and use 52-10 strings as prefer the feel but I can down tune to drop B and it sounds fine. I rarely go lower the Eb though. I don't think there is a limit on how low any scale length can go. Pickups, strings and setup will have the biggest impact on how good/bad a down tuned guitar will sound and feel. Scale length only really affects the brightness and tension of the strings more than anything on a guitar (in my opinion)

So what I was trying to say is, there is no limit
