Value Gibson RD Artist

Hi there,

I was wondering about the value of the Gibson RD Artist from the 70s (with the Moog electronics) and the reissues. I found two for sale in France; a 70s one for 700 Euros (823$) and a reissue from 2012 for 650 Euros (764$).

I thought these guitars had a much higher value, according to Reverb.com up to 2500 Euros / 2500$

What do you think?

at those prices they might be stolen or forgeries... I would get the serial #s before buying

The one from the 70s has a serial number. I've heard some of the reissues didn't sell well, so Gibson cut down the prices and partially sold some for 700$

that could be the case with this RI but I would still get the serial at that price... in fact, i alwys get the SN for gibsons
