Versatile Acoustic-Electrics?

Looking for something that's a good size (probably Grand Auditorium body). Something with scooped mids, but a nice balance. A guitar that has clarity when it comes to picking and fingerstyle, but something I can lay into and can be rich and full when you strum. I play in a lot of different styles, but primarily singer-songwriter, rock, R&B, and folk.

If you know of anything in the mid-range of prices, that'd be preferable, but I'm still learning and would love to hear any guitars that anyone's had positive experiences with. Thanks in advance :)
