I've seen this video circulating of Joakim Broden playing a machine gun-shaped guitar.

I thought for the longest time it was a Glen Burton GE47, but upon closer inspection, what he's playing looks completely different from the GE47. Does anyone know what this guitar is (who makes it, is it a one-off, etc.)?
