SUPRO & FENDER, both having Licensed the Hammond Type 4 Reverb Technology , The 600R DeLuxe Reverb, meanwhile, offered something unique. The Supro 600R was NOT DESIGNED as an “Effect “ that the player directed signal through, but as an “ACCESSORY”... The Guitar Signal ran into an amp, then through a line from the amp’s External-Speaker Jack into the 600R. The Reverb has 3/Original Tubes with 5-watts of PreAmp boost and its own Jensen 8″ speaker.

So, the Supro unit ran in tandem alongside an amp. Ideally, that amp was a 17-WATT SUPRO 1600R SUPREME, which had a cabinet with a RIGHT-POINTING ARROW TO MIRROR THE 600R REVERBERATION UNIT’s “LEFTY ARROW”

Vintage & Rare, All Original, This 1961 Supro 600R DeLuxe Reverberation Tube Powered Spring Reverb Tank Amplifier is an ADD-ON REVERB UNIT that works off of another Amplifier’s Extension Speaker Output. Originally a companion to the Supro 1600r, the tube powered spring reverb tank with it's own 8" Jensen speaker can be used with USED WITH ANY AMP’ that has a speaker output. It has a single 'intensity' knob with 'contrast' switch. Works and sounds fantastic.

A Very unique reverb tone that can be subtle or overdriven, depending on amp and reverb settings. It's surprisingly loud for it's low wattage. Good condition, works and sounds amazing. Tears in the tolex corners because of it's age.

Understand that this is NOT like running your guitar through a standard reverb pedal. This unit is designed to be used in tandem with another guitar amp. This unit emits a wet signal and your other amp (with a speaker out) sends a dry signal to the reverb unit. Hearing the two together in stereo is unlike anything I've ever listened to.
