This combo amp is ok for it's price but can't handle high output. I would not recomend this to a person buying a bass. I would instead recomend something like a small fender rumble.
This was my first bass guitar. I bought it back in 2013 when I started palying bass. I was only 10 years old and it worked fantastic for me. It may not be top quality but it worked well for me as a beginner.
