Tried links from multiple different sites but it still won’t let me add it.

I recently added Black Honey as a band - https://equipboard.com/band/black-honey However the band doesn't show up when searching for Black Honey, there is a pros page that shows up instead - https://equipboard.com/pros/black-honey

For now, I've linked the band page under the groups section of the pros page, and plan on adding the gear listed on the pros page to each of the individual artists page, but is there something that a mod or admin can to do merge them or get the pros page removed (seeing as they are a group)

I also can't figure out how to add a profile photo or the bands website, youtube channel etc. to the band page.

I’ve had this same error today and last night, on multiple different devices on different networks as well. Really frustrating as it means I cannot do anything on the website.
