This is a Wedgie brand, model Wph001, headstock-mounted pick holder for guitar. They also make some for bass as well as picks.

Before I only stated that the guitar was a Johnson PRS/Strat styled-guitar. While this is vaguely correct, I have replaced the Item name with the correct specifications. This was done mostly through google searching. In short, I have vastly improved the Item name to its correct, true model name. I have also added a brief item description.
