Name: Epiphone Les Paul Ltd Ed 1999 Quilt top, (made in Aqua/blue Burst, Black/Charcoal Burst, and Red) I have also seen them referred to as Les Paul Classic Quilt Tops and supposedly made from 1995-2006.
