Great for practicing silently

I bought this little Vox gadget to be able to practice at night without waking up the whole block or bother with plugging my amp and sitting next to it.

First of all, it works for real. You can have different kinds of sounds out of it and the tone setting really makes a difference. I don't really see the point of the rhythm function, but it also works if you need it.

It's really cheap and it's a decent tool for the money but don't expect this to be more than a practicing gadget. The little Vox amPlug2 Bass has quite an annoying downside and it is the noise! God, there's an awful lot of noise. I can't play very long as it wears myself out after a while.

But for the price, it remains a nice gadget to have when you need it.
