I originally purchased this bass when I went from playing Thunderbirds in an indie punk band to starting a metalcore band and needed something with more backbone. This thing did the trick. It handled drop A# beautifully. I used this to record our EP and got a massive and fluent tone. I will never part ways with this bass.
