The device pictured is a PJRC Teensy 4.1. It is required to use the Dirtywave M8 Headless system. Alternate versions of the M8 firmware are released for use directly on a Teensy 4.1. The Teensy is then plugged in to a computer, phone, or some emulator devices in order to provide controls and a display for the device.

I guess this would count as a Tracker or Groovebox
