Horrible 1st guitar!
Bad experience with this one. Epiphone really screwed this up by using cheap parts, electronics and pickups. It's a challenge just to stay in tune! And aesthetically they ruined it as well by adding an ugly bat wing head stock. I am sure that's what killed this model.

A great guitar for the studio!
Very versatile and forgiving. It has the most thin neck I've ever found and a transparent sound. You get the widest range/variation of feel/tones when going from bridge to middle to neck positions. Use the tone controls as well. You'll be amazed. Every time I demo equipment I use this guitar because I know what I can expect, given its wide spectrum. Great for most genres.
