The Vox AD50VT 212 features 11 amp models, a couple of digital effects, 2 channels and a 12ax7 tube. The best sounding models (IMHO) are: Boutique CL OD (Dumble), Vox AC30TB, Tweed (Bassman), but I have to say that although they sound nice, I don't know if they are anything like the real amps it models. The effects are not aweful, but ont very nice either. I only use the Rotary speaker sim a little, but at least you can use them if you want to go straight to the amp. The controls change their responsiveness with every model, but you can certainly find some sweetspots with them if you're patient. The power scalation feature is also very nice for a home practice. I use it with many analog and digital effects, and I just love how it sounds. I've played small to medium/grand venues with it and it always works fine. It's very reliable, and though it's not the holy grail, it still manages to sound great every time I use it. I've modded mine with an FX Loop, wich also works great.

This guitar features a slim body, rosewood neck, Fishman pickup, active preamp and tuner. It sounds great unplugged and it has a very decent plugged tone, and the Eq is pretty responsive. The tuner is actually pretty accurate too, although I use it with a Korg Pitchhawk on it. I'm an electric player, and I use it to play live some acoustic stuff and it's just great for that kind of use. Also, its slim body and neck makes it very easy to play for an electric player. I've made some demos with it and works just fine. If you're looking for a good budget acoustic guitar for the unplugged part of your electric set, it's perfect.
