It's a bass guitar loosely styled on the Rickenbacker 4003, with Music-Man style pickups. Sadly no longer in production, but they make alternatives that are similar.

It's a modular two-tier stage-organ from 1983, comprising of two Casiotone CT-8000 keyboards, a number of pedals, speaker units, and an auto accompaniment unit.
