In this video she covers Life on Mars (the only good cover of that song I've ever heard imo) for Norwegian public tv before she had really hit it big. It's very obviously her instrument, as it has a row of fake beetles along the top and looks to be partially held together by black duct tape. The song was also on volume 3 of the soundtrack for the HBO show Girls, where she can be heard playing the instrument.

They've apparently updated their live set up. I Know the main synth is a Hydrasynth Deluxe, not sure what the pedals on top are. Maybe Strymon Blue Sky and El Capistan Delay?
