The limited edition all-valve Silver Jubilee amplifiers looked stunning in silver vinyl covering with chrome-plated control panel.Based on JCM800™ 2203™ and 2204™ Master Volume models, the Jubilee amplifiers were the first Marshall® products with Pentode/Triode switching, which halves power output.The Jubilee Series featured an innovative, if somewhat unusual, preamp circuit which had three gain ‘modes’: ‘Clean’, Rhythm Clip, and footswitchable Lead Channel.

I owned a mint, cherry 1963 es 335 with the nickle Bigsby. One of the finest guitars Iv'e ever owned.
Excellent guitar for blues, jazz, rock, yes and even hard ass rock. These puppies can howl. Equipped with a rather low output PAF It's the tone that sends the chickens home to roost. There's a reason why players such as Joe Bonamassa, Larry Carton, and Robin Ford play this guitar. I had one because Chuck had one, cause Keith had one, because Rick Derringer had one.

its got the misplaced stop tailpiece and everything just like Larry's badly modded 60s 335... nice attention to detail from Gibson there. Warts and all!

Too rich for my blood.
Robbin Ford, Joe Bonamassa, Larry Carlton and others don't seem to mind shelling out the the 8k for such a pro rig. Sounds so good. Better perhaps than the original Alexander "Howard" Dumble, Over drive special. Blue jazz, rock and yes, even metal, this 100 watt dumble clone will tear the roof off.

I don't know anyone who is into dumble type stuff... how is the switching for the OD circuit to swap between clean and mean? Do the levels balance well for 2 distinct rhythm tones or is it more of a rhythm/lead affair like a lot of early channel switchers?

For nearly 8k (and that does not include the "Twinkalator" Effect buffer/prcessor.. Add a few 'C' notes for this studio quality, state of the art, guitar amp. effects prosscessor. This Baby not only goes from mean to clean, it powers down from 100 watts to 35 without losing tone dynamics. One minute you are blasting out A Bonamassa, hard rock cacophony, some country blazin' chicken pickin,' and the next you are strumming sweet Jazz rhythms with Robin Ford like tone, and Carlton's Flair and ear for sweetness. If I win the lotto perhaps. .
