can i say something mate.. long time no chat.. ah the headphone junkie....lol ..may i say i used to mix using headphones too back in may younger days obviously i was young and broke.. but i realised i developed a method to my madness. However i agree with you on the fact that mixing on headphones should never be a primary method to mix but rather use it as a secondary source to judge after a mix.. i still do that from time to time.

i say go eletronic mate, perherps any TR Rloand synth kit should do it mate

greetings lads and Birds! :) for along time i have always wanted to build me own Vsti similar to hypersonic and all the likes that use DLL file formarts.. is there a way i can do it stress free i have little knowledge on programming.. i heard there is away. if anyone can help i will be greatful mate

Well i am no longer into music, used to make beats,i am more into mixing peoples songs and mastering tracks, usually some old school trip hop, drum and Bass Dub step(typical UK vibes) and 90s style hip-hop music i grew up listening to. to answer your question i built a hybrid type D.I.Box uses both 9V battery and phantom power. hope that helps
