I love this bass, just wish it were a tad lighter. I like to blend the P and J pickup tones, but it's nice to be able to twerk one over the other when slapping, picking, etc. Stays in tune really well, very rarely to actually have to tune during a set, and that's mostly after a lot of slap.

Love the fact that it's only 41 pounds. As a touring musician, that is a huge plus. It's also very sturdy. I've paired it with the Rumble 500 watt head, and it's never given me any problems.

I decided on the Fender Rumble 500 after first wanting to save up for a Bassman, but as I demoed the Rumble and did more research online, I realized that the difference in tone (for what I was looking for) was so minimal. I have it paired with the Rumble 1x15 cab, and it's never given me any problems. Just wish it was rackmountable!
