iOS (iPhone) – Top page buttons unresponsive & UI breaks on navigation
Hey gchiaren, Apologies for the slow reply on this!
Good news — a few days ago I was able to access Equipboard normally again, just like before. I've confirmed it's working across the board: the iOS app, as well as Google Chrome and Safari on browser — all of them load fine now.
Big thanks to everyone who jumped in to help troubleshoot this thread (and to pkennethk and commandermuff for testing on their own devices/regions). That comparison was genuinely helpful in narrowing things down.
As for the cause, my best guess is that it was related to Cloudflare's bot verification — something around the JS challenge or Turnstile. I never ran into any of these issues before that verification layer was introduced, which is what points me in that direction. commandermuff's comment about it possibly being Cloudflare-related lines up with that theory too.
In any case, it's resolved on my end now. Thanks again for looking into it!

iOS (iPhone) – Top page buttons unresponsive & UI breaks on navigation
Hello there
I’d like to report a couple of issues I’m experiencing here when using my iPhone.
Issue 1: Top page buttons are unresponsive On the homepage, elements such as the search icon and menu button do not respond when tapped. No interaction seems to be registered.
Issue 2: UI breaks when navigating to other pages When attempting to navigate to artist or gear pages, the UI appears to be broken (layout collapses, styling is missing, etc.). I’ve attached screenshots for reference.
Environment: ・Device: iPhone 13 Pro ・OS: iOS 26.4.2 (latest version as of now) ・Access method: ChatGPT in-app browser (iOS app webview) ・Location: Tokyo, Japan
Additional notes: ・I confirmed that the site works correctly on a desktop browser (no issues observed). ・I checked the forum but couldn’t find similar reports, so this might be environment-specific. ・There is a possibility this could be related to region (Japan) or the in-app browser behavior.
If anyone else can reproduce this on iOS (especially within in-app browsers), that would help narrow it down.
Thanks!
