The Filter Fuzz is the Hiwatt Custom Shop's tone-obsessed take on your favourite Classic '60s Fuzz. Designed through collaboration of two Hiwatt Custom Shop heavyweights, the Filter Fuzz aims to offer old-school all-analog sensibility with extended gain and frequency-range. A historical nod to the '69 sounds produced on the album Grand Funk; this 'free-love' moment between a Musicraft Messenger guitar and a Heathkit Fuzz has been the tone-chasing inspiration for our filter section.

This is our take on the revered Mu-Tron Phasor II—the most versatile phaser ever made! A studio-quality optical phaser, we pack all the tone and legendary flexibility of the original in a pedalboard friendly box.

Designed to recreate double tracking and synths studio sounds, the Mu-Tron Phasor II gave players a dynamic and lush phase sound right at their feet. Finally, players could recreate those complicated textures live—and nothing was the same after. From rotary speaker shimmer or wild spacey soundscapes, every knob twist sparks inspiration.

We set out to make a Mu-Tron Phasor II for the modern player. We studied the unique circuit and signal path and did not rest until we nailed the classic sound.

What sets this phaser apart is the extreme tone shaping. If you've wanted more from the MXR Phase 90, this is the pedal for you. On the front are controls for depth, rate, and feedback, letting you dial in anything from subtle swirl to rapid tremolo and synthesizer sounds. Want to get really deep? Two internal controls let you dial in the sweep and intensity of the phased signal.

What is it?

The Bondi Effects Art Van Delay is a digitally-controlled, bucket brigade powered analogue delay, designed and assembled by Jon and Anna in Bondi Beach, Australia.

So… why? There are lots of great sounding delay pedals on the market, and there are also lots of delays with innovative modern features. The Art Van Delay is a painstakingly-crafted union of these two worlds. If you like plug and play, it’s an instantly usable device. If you prefer to dig in deep, it’s ready for you, too.

Isn’t this just like a…? While the voicing of the pedal was inspired by some of our favourite pink-boxed delays of the 70s and 80s, we built the Art Van entirely from the ground up - it’s a 100% original design, which we hope will remind you of beloved classic echo units, while at the same time surprising and inspiring you with a totally new level of functionality.

What can it do? It can provide up to 1200mS of true analogue delay, with total control over the feedback, delay time, and delay level. It has independent modulation control. It has tap tempo, with three selectable subdivisions. It has an infinite feedback switch. It has two presets accessible from the front panel of the unit, plus the option of 32 presets via MIDI. There is also full MIDI control of every element of the pedal, if you’re so inclined.

Okay wiseguy, what else? The Art Van is intended as an evolving community-led project. That’s why there’s a USB port, right there on the side of the pedal. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built already, but we’ll be relying on the feedback (delay joke) of users to tweak the firmware, develop new features, and to help sculpt the unit over time.

With help from Earthling Designs, we pushed the gain of this High Shredroom Edition of the Sick As Overdrive almost past sensibility. The sweep of the gain control has been narrowed for usability meaning it does not go completely clean anymore, but that's not really what this pedal is for. The mid-range focus has been narrowed to open up the top and bottom end, making it more articulate and aggressive.

Introducing our take on the classic 1979 Boss CE-2 silver screw chorus pedal. Used by the likes of David Gilmour, John Mayer, Johnny Marr, and practically everyone else. We’ve kept its lush, smooth tones, added a volume knob for precise output control, and a mix knob for blending your dry and modulated signal. Experience the timeless sound with modern versatility.

Thoughtfully redesigned. The 1979 Boss CE-2 chorus pedal was renowned for its lush, warm analog chorus tones, originally built using the legendary Panasonic MN3007 Bucket Brigade Device (BBD) chip and the MN3101 clock driver. The original CE-2 had a notable volume drop when engaged, a characteristic that some players found limiting. Modern reproductions, like the Boss CE-2W Waza Craft pedal, fixed the volume drop issue and used high-quality reproduction BBD and clock chips. However, in their remake a new challenge was introduced: a slight increase in output volume, causing a noticeable volume boost when the pedal is engaged with no way to adjust.

At Harby, we’ve taken inspiration from these developments and gone a step further. We’ve addressed the volume boost issue by adding a volume control knob, allowing you to match unity volume with the rest of your signal chain seamlessly. We’ve employed the newer low noise analog BBD chip and clock driver. Additionally, we’ve included a mix knob, enabling you to blend your dry guitar signal with the modulated wet chorus signal for greater tonal flexibility.

The TS808 introduced in 1979, often referred to as the original Tube Screamer, gained popularity for its smooth, mid-range-focused overdrive. It became a favorite among blues and rock guitarists, setting the standard for overdrive pedals.

The TS9 followed in 1981 and featured a similar circuit with minor modifications, resulting in a slightly brighter and more aggressive tone. It continued the legacy of the Tube Screamer, further cementing its place on the pedalboards of many legendary guitarists.

The TS10 emerged during the mid 1980s as part of Ibanez’s “Power Series” line. Despite being less well-known than its predecessors, the TS10 developed a cult following for several reasons:

• Sonic Characteristics: The TS10 offered a slightly different tonal profile compared to the TS9 and TS808. It had a more pronounced mid-range and a bit more output, making it distinct in its own right. • Build and Design: The TS10’s construction was more compact and lighter than previous models, making it convenient for gigging musicians. • Association with Iconic Guitarists: Notably, the TS10 was used by iconic guitarists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan during the later part of his career and more recently becoming the Tube Screamer of choice for John Mayer. These associations have added to its allure and historical value with current prices for original made in Japan models listing for $800+.

The Mu-Tron BOOSTRON II is an independent dual effect that provides 3 types of clean boost on one channel and a high-headroom, low-noise compressor on the other. The RINGER Provides multiple effects of distortion, extra note generation, and a kind of “octave up” effect. RINGER effect is added to output, regardless of MIX. The more “pure” the instrument tone, the stronger the “octave up” effect. For the strongest “octave up”, turn MIX full down to eliminate the originally played register. STRINGED INSTRUMENTS: neck pick-up tone down, volume up full. (GUITAR, play from tenth fret up on all strings.) Two notes played simultaneously will beat with each other, producing “extra” notes.
