1. it can work standalone without any laptop/tablet. also you can play your music from your hdd (fat32, ntfs, even hfs+)
2. waveform analyzation will take eternity. but you can play without asciloscopes.
3. one of the most user-unfriendly interface for browsing, trying to disable auto beat grid quantisation/etc
4. build in effects behavior is very clumsy.
5. eap. scs4dj has audio interface and lcd display, but you can use scs4dj only like a simpliest midi cnobs and 2 encoders. i mean, if your want to use it via traktor or any other dj software- you'll need another one audio enterface, and on the lcd screen you can only rename side button stickers. nice, aren't it?)

And I'm talking not about using sync option. scs trying to quantise even cue points, what you will try to make accurate. it comes to me like a present for little work. and i sold it for cents
