So handy, I can't let go of it!

Two mono channels and two stereo channels with separate monitor and record stereo outputs as well as a stereo return. Two headphone outputs make it an excellent utility mixer for tracking and performance. The 3 channel shelving EQ is nice with a musical sound. The mixer also has RIAA inputs for turntables as well as a direct instrument input that sounds GREAT on my bass guitar - I love the tone it produces!

Highly recommended as a general purpose/utility mixer for any studio!

Suits my play and tone perefectly

The NC210 saw it's heyday back in the late 1990's, mine in particular was manufactured in 1997. The amplifier section includes a compresser (on/off only, no knob), the Eden style enhancer, 3 band eq with the option to punch in an additional band of parametric EQ. It also has a DI with its own volume knob on the back, as well as a cab extension output and an FX loop. The amp puts out 200 watts into a 2x10 with a horn. The sound is warm, clean, round, and smooth - more or less how you expect an eden amp to sound. I'll throw a preamp on the front if I want to get a dirtier sound.

The plastic handles are conveniently located, but don't feel as secure/strongly mounted enough to just grab one - I always grab two when I use the handles to move it.

The speakers are efficient - this thing gets louder than it's 200 watts would suggest, and it'll be in my rig till the day I punch out.

Solid portable DJ controller

A fun, solidly built controller with built in four channel audio I/O based on the ESI Maya 44. Sound quality is decent. It is the only rotary based DJ controller that I know of. The rotary knobs are extraordinarily smooth and the pitch faders have a long enough throw that they can be worked like on a traditional turntable.

  • Frequently looses connection/power on my mid2013 macbook USB 3.0 ports - Works exactly how it should with USB 1, USB 2 and USB 3 ports on Windows systems - incl. Windows 10.

Custom mappings for Traktor can be found at the Traktor Bible site.

Totes Adorbs!

Cute little controller that my kids cut their teeth on as toddlers.
