Only recommend if on a serious budget

Personally I really disliked these hi hats the more I played them. Sounded very tinny and difficult to produce an appealing sound no matter how they were played.

Value for money is very good especially If you're buying for a beginner or are on a strict budget, but other than this I wouldn't recommend

Good for beginners or when on a budget

I bought the Sabian B8X Cymbal pack as part of my first acoustic drum kit. Good attack, however I found the sustain lacking with all the cymbals. Value for money was excellent, however I would recommend investing more into cymbals if possible.

My Favourite Cymbsl

My absolute favourite cymbal is the Zildjian A Series Sweet Ride. Bright enough to be used solely as a ride cymbal for slow genres, also trashy enough to be used almost as a giant crash cymbal for heavier pieces.

Good Beginner/Intermediate Kit

My first acoustic drum kit, bought as a young teen and lasted me well into 20s. A solid kit for any beginner/intermediate drummer, can be packed down easily enough and will often come as part of a full kit bundle, including hardware and some starter cymbals.

Wouldn't recommend as a professional level kit, as tuning can often sway after extended playing.

Great cymbals for any genre

A Custom cymbals are used by dozens if not hundreds of artists worldwide and there is a reason for this. They're exceptional no matter what genre they're used for. Especially great value when bought as part of the A Custom Cymbal pack which can be find at most retailers.
