Hello! I'm twop0intfive/Vegatr0n and I live in Pittsburgh yet spend considerable time in Detroit and Washington DC as well. I've been gradually getting into music production and DJing over the past two years, mostly because I became very involved in the local industrial music scene last year with an ex-girlfriend. I have several DJ friends in the scene as well as other artists whom I've bounced questions off of. I have created a grand total of ONE entire track, which I have up on my SoundCloud, but had been very busy up until this point and haven't created anything else that seems to be as solid to me.

I'm not really sure what genre I want to stick with, but I'm not too worried about it. Electronic music-wise, I listen to everything from Tycho to Hocico and anything and everything in between on that spectrum. I'm mainly interested in making aggrotech/harsh EBM or ambient/electrogaze (Tycho-inspired, basically), but my SoundCloud track falls into a sort of chillstep vibe (please correct me if I'm wrong!)

I found EquipBoard by literally Googling "what instruments does tycho use" and I like the idea, so here I am. Hopefully I can gain some insight and tips that I can put to good use.

I work in mobile telecom and have a computer networking and programming background. I'm a father of four, my youngest of whom was born two weeks ago. I like to travel, am into photography, like to get into anything and everything new and different around town, and am an avid gamer (PC and console.)
