Decent guitar mic, rubbish for vocals.

Back in high school, I was recommended this mic for shout-y vocals at a Guitar Center having after done zero research. Compared to other mics in the price range, even some USB mics like the Yeti, the tone of this mic is incredibly grating when applied to the human voice. Sounded great on an acoustic guitar though.
