Needed a higher gain pedal. At first the controls messed me up, because the tone controls are "cut" so they work backwards to how most pedals operate. Once realized this, I found it very easy to dial in higher gain sounds, like Journey and 80's style Marshall sounds. Even at super low volume was not buzzy or fizzy, which can happen with my Silverface Deluxe reverb. Lots of available gain and volume. Wide ranging tone control with Tone and Presence. Even with a tele, has serious balls. Highly recomended.
