Although not without compromises, it's one of the best DAWs out there and it's only going to become better with time. Some arrangement features that were still not added aren't for technical reasons like legacy code that's hard to change or adapt (looking at Ableton), but only a matter of time and priority. Modular aspects of it isn't just tacked on as an afterthought (again, looking at Ableton with M4L), but built in as integral part of the engine from the very start and getting more fleshed out as this DAW evolves.

Compared them with variety of headphones at lower and higher prices using few reference tracks I had in my player at the store, and I found that it sounded more honest than others, not overemphasizing anything nor having any significant dips. After getting them, found frequency response graphs that confirmed what I heard.

This is a fully modular DAW with arrangement features that are different from typical multi-track DAWs. The only downside is that it may require a lot work to prepare the set depending on your specific needs, but it's just a consequence of it's extensive abilities. Patching here is much easier than in Reaktor or especially max/msp. It's UI controls fully support multi-touch, so your touch-capable laptop can become it's own controller, finally!
