Guitars used by Rob Barrett on Kill
In this video from Godlyke Distributing, the rythym guitarist of Cannibal Corpse Rob Barrett is seen playing his custom, one-of-a-kind Dean Cadi-KILL 6 string signature guitar. The paint job was created by Mike "Pooch" Pucciarrelli using with acrylic paint and brushes onto his limited edition Cadi-KILL guitar. It was supposed to be used to record the "Kill" album but the headstock cracked on the way to the studio so he used one of Pat's guitars, the Cadi-Kill was eventually repaired.
B.C. Rich USA Custom Shop Jr. V
Rob can be seen here playing on Pat's B.C. Rich Custom Shop Jr. V. He was not the owner and only ever used it in studio. Supposedly his custom Dean Cadillac got damaged prior to the studio sessions for Kill and so he played them on Pat’s guitar instead.
Gibson Les Paul Showcase Edition Silverburst
Rob used this guitar on one song on the "Kill" record, practiced with it during the recording of "Evisceration Plague" and most of the time used it on the B Standard tuned HatePlow and Malevolent Creation songs along with the Les Paul Standard used on the "Vile" album for the C# Standard songs.
