Gastón "Moreira" Gonçalves has been using a Steinberger XP-2 bass since 1995, and it is known to be his favorite instrument. This bass has been prominently featured in his live performances from the 1990s to the present day and was used in the recordings of albums such as "Pampas Reggae," "Yerba Buena," "Desde Cero," and "Viva Pericos."
