"I’ve been using Logic for about fifteen years but my studio at home has just slowly evolved over the last ten. Pretty much I’ve had the same desk and the same microphones for the last ten years, but the recordings have got progressively better as my experience has gotten better – nothing more really than just experience and experimentation. Moving microphones slightly, changing EQs slightly, tuning the drums differently and just, you know, moving towards a better drum sound over the years. [Fear of a Blank Planet] is probably a better recording than Deadwing was, as my experience engineering got better."
