On an Instagram livestream, Porter showed what he feels to be the most important piece of equipment in his studio, a guitar pick with Peter Griffin on it, and said "there's no album 3, there's no SMILE, without this."
Porter later revealed that he also has picks with other Family Guy characters, and his cat, and has used the picks on the SMILE! :D tour.
