Danelectro '56 Baritone

From page 91 of Erin Osmon's book "Jason Molina: Riding With The Ghost" - "At this point Molina was focused on a Danelectro baritone guitar, which emitted sounds often associated with surf music or spaghetti westerns. It also marked his transitions to playing the full suite of six strings after having spent time removing one or two on this earlier recordings. The deeper register of the Danelectro suited his heavy metal bass player sensibilities too". The book also details how he'd go on to play this guitar for the recording of Ghost Tropic.
