DANA is a booster designed by effectsdiclara . Built, assembled and painted entirely by hand in Italy.
Single gain stage booster. Conceived as a transparent, simple and intuitive pedal, with only Volume control. The large knob also allows for “on the fly” adjustment with your foot.
VOL – passive master volume output F / B – selection switch from a lighter and more open mode ( BRIGHT ) to a darker one ( FAT )
It can be used to improve attack and definition of the instrument or other pedals, or as a simple volume step (16dB). On the pedalboard it finds space both at the beginning and at the end of the chain: before other overdrives/distortors to increase gain and detail, then as a volume step.
It can be used without distinction for both bass and guitar.
The true-bypass is of the electromechanical relay type driven by a clickless switch. The advantages are, in addition to silent switching, greater durability and reliability over time, thanks to a system less susceptible to mechanical wear than the 3PDT switch. [For lovers of the traditional feeling, the Click +10 euro switch is available on request]
