About

Adelitas Way is a hard-hitting rock band hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, known for their blend of hard rock, post-grunge, and alternative metal. Formed in the mid-2000s by vocalist and songwriter Rick DeJesus, the group also includes drummer Trevor Stafford, bassist Andrew Cushing, and guitarist Tavis Stanley. With a blue-collar ethos, Adelitas Way has built a strong following through relentless touring and energetic live performances. Their breakthrough came in 2009 with the track "Invincible," which catapulted them into the mainstream spotlight and established their presence in the rock scene.

How to Sound Like Adelitas Way

Adelitas Way's sound is characterized by its intense, aggressive energy and powerful guitar riffs. The band's music often features crunchy, distorted guitar tones that drive their dynamic compositions, a style well-suited to the solid body electric guitars like the Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 and the ESP LTD EC Series EC-1000. Their sound is further sculpted by the use of high-gain amplifiers such as the Soldano SLO 100, which deliver the raw, powerful output essential to their style. Complementing the guitar work, the drums and bass provide a thunderous backdrop, adding to the overall forceful and anthemic vibe that makes Adelitas Way a standout in the hard rock genre.
