Atlanta Rhythm Section is a Southern rock band originating from Doraville, Georgia, that seamlessly blends elements of rock, pop, blues rock, and country rock. Formed in 1970, the group's origins trace back to the remnants of two bands—The Candymen and The Classics Four—coming together as the house band for Studio One. Notable members have included Rodney Justo (vocals), Barry Bailey (guitar), Paul Goddard (bass), Dean Daughtry (keyboards), and Robert Nix (drums).
